To test their relationship and avoid any commitment, a London based author and an entertainment lawyer agrees to date only two days a week, will the plan work?

Varun a london based bestselling author who doesn’t believe in long term relationships, follows a ‘7 week rule’ which he thinks is the expiry date of a relationship post which things go bad and complicated.
But Sia, an entertainment lawyer, who is in love with varun, doesn’t agree, so Sia comes with a plan, according to which they will only date on two days a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. On other days, they are allowed to date whoever they want. Will the plan work is the rest of the story.

Tuesdays and Fridays Movie Review: Performances
Both leads were newcomers, Jhataleka did a decent job and doesn’t seemed to be a new comer, her portrayal as a self reliant entertainment lawyer, who is professional at her work and believe in old school love is flawless whereas Anmol Thakeria Dhillon as Varun(london based bestselling author) could have been better. Niki Aneja Walia as Sia’s mother is always impressed with her part. Nayan Shukla as Pat is a nice addition.

Old wine in a new bottle, Tuesdays and Fridays is a love story, tricked to have a unique storyline but it’s the same old opposite attract love story where the boy doesn’t want any commitment but girl believe in old school love. Sia who works in Mumbai, travels back to London to surprise her mom on her birthday but instead gets surprised as her mom was going to marry again. Also met Varun (her client) whom she fell in love with, after initial resistance. Sia is a fun loving girl with a cool roommate cum her relationship advisor, who believes in old school love. Whereas Varun a casanova, believes every relationship has an expiry date so has a 7 week rule. Both have their distinct way of looking at love because of their father’s. Sia’s father left them and married someone else while Varun has a similar story till then he gets to know the truth. Overall it is a fun romantic story and can be watched once if you don’t have any better option. You can enjoy and groove to the music.
