Ginny Weds Sunny Movie Review: Classic case of a boy gets the girl who has a crush on her from childhood and thinks the girl is too out of his league, but things change when the girl’s mother proposes him to marry her daughter.

Watch it here

A Delhi Punjabi boy Sunny(Vikrant Massey) eager to marry, to get his restaurant started with his father’s(Rajiv Gupta) help but the only condition was to get married first but  constantly rejected by women. To get him married he is even ready to give dowry.

Yami Gautam as Ginny the headstrong very beautiful girl but confused about his relationship status can’t get over her ex, though her mother wants her to get married but hard luck.

But Shobha (Ayesha Raza) Ginny’s mother sees Sunny’s crush on Ginny, she trains him to win her love. Sunny then starts stalking Ginny, be it metro, auto or charity work he is everywhere and as it happens they fall in love instead of some initial friction.

Funny scenes & dialogue like “We are very modern, we have an automatic car and mobile phone with 4G” & more make the movie watchable, though it’s always delightful to watch Yami Gautam in all her roles and this is no exception but chemistry with Vikrant Massey makes it look unromantic, maybe the casting could have been better on that front.

Ginny Weds Sunny Movie Review: Ginny Weds Sunny is the same old opposite attracts movie where boy gets the girl following old techniques. Other than Sunny’s role casting is good. The very talented Vikrant Massey fails to impress as a lover boy and chemistry seems missing. One time watchable.
