Andrea Singer(Iliza Shlesinger) a stand-up comic focused on her career, stumbles upon the perfect guy(Ryan Hansen), who checks all boxes but her friend Margot(Margaret Cho) is not so convinced, is he the guy he pretends to be or is only good on paper.
Plot :
Andrea Singer a successful comedian, wants to be an actor. After a failed audition, she ends up on a flight back to Los Angeles sitting next to a guy, Dennis Kelly, he introduces himself as a Yale graduate, hedge fund manager. After that they keep bumping with each other and spending a lot of fun time together, soon started dating, but her only friend Margot got suspicious about Andrea so perfect guy and on further digging, they found out he was lying to her from day one, nor he is a Yale graduate, nor hedge fund manager not he has a house in Beverly hills. She was shattered, which started a romantic story end up in tragedy when Dennis put charges on Andrea for kidnapping and physically harming him.
